This was a fantastic Podcast/video to listen to. My copy of the "the Art and Science ....." was swiped off a train seat while I went to the bathroom sometime ago, but I do remember thinking the book fantastic. I guess I'll buy it again asI was only half thru.

Oh boy, it's a struggle to really eat high fat. But considering all the work the inuit went through, I guess I shouldn't complain.
