As for me I'm up another lb. Not happy with what's going on. My body is swelled and sciatica is acting up. I'm going to stay off the scale till Sunday so this will be my last weigh in till then. I still want to follow and watch all of your success 😀 I'm going to continue on plan and let my body do whatever it's gotta do and trust the process of eating on plan. Have a great day ladies 😀
