hi agua,
thanks for the input. i actually haven't moved forward with a fat fast...i keep contemplating whether that is a smart thing to do. i have done so many "fasting" type things to my body. i hate to think what all of my damage has done to my body.
a question about your experience with fat fasting though. i am a very active person. i work out 5x a week with 3 days of weight training. i do anywhere from 50-80 minutes of cardio including 3 days of running. did you find that your energy level was high enough while fat fasting to workout? i don't know if i would feel comfortable taking off so many days.
your thoughts are greatly appreciated!
