K, I am not a granola kinda girl, but I have a friend who is a Naturopathic Doctor. She convinced me she could help me quit smoking after 15 yrs. and 5 tries using other methods.
I did her 6 week program which included counseling and acupunture.
I have not smoked a cigarrette since October 23rd, 2009!!!
I don't even crave them. I get the feeling, but I can easily just say no.

There is hope.
