I've read some good advice here and also encoragement. Thank you all. I have to say that walking is not an option for me at this time, because of the gout (could that be from eating rich food ?)
I was at least 25 pounds heavier when I started the exercises and I think I have made very good progress there. Everything I do is easier now and I have to work longer and harder to feel any tiredness or pain.
