red wine
I have been in the habit for the last 20 years of having a couple of glasses of red wine before bed. On this diet this is a no-no I have a very difficult time with this....I guess I'm addicted. But I do love how it relaxes me, and makes me sleepy. If I fail this diet it is because of this habit.... I find it VERY difficult to not have my wine at night.... I am SO used to it!
