Hmmmm, now that you mention it...
I've had something like hot flashes too, since going low carb! Mainly noticeable at night because it wakes me up, but some during the day.
I went through menopause before 50, with no hot flashes or any symptoms that I noticed!
I thought this was odd now, but didn't connect it to my WOE.
I use some coconut oil, but not huge amounts.
