Muffins and such...
I eat the Atkins Blueberry Muffins and they cause me no problems...
...I also think they're yummy! I have a half a muffin with breakfast or as a dessert 2 or 3 times a week.
Getting back to the original thread...I also always have La Tortilla Factory Low Carb Tortillas on hand. I love the taste and the versatility!
