Glad to find this thread! I just finished up my C25K program two weeks ago and am just gearing up for my first 5k race. I'm doing the Turkey Trot with my SIL on Thanksgiving. I've been running 3 times a week, 3 miles each time. I'm not the fastest, but I'm just so happy I can do it nonstop!
