LOL! I found Week 2 kind of confusing, too. Is your running still going well?

Last night, I did my first road run since my knee injury (5K). I could feel my knee talking to me and complaining a bit, but it seems to be doing OK. If I can get up early enough tomorrow morning, I might try for a slightly longer run.
