What type of jar are you going to ferment your carrots in?
I ordered a Fido jar from Amazon and it should be here tomorrow. I plan on making a batch of sauerkraut. I want to buy some other size jars and experiment with other vegetables. I am wanting to ferment okra, garlic and jicama to begin with. |
