Those are good. I also do knee ups, twists, side to sides (like skiing). Pretty much things you do for floor aerobics, just downsize.

Definitely use your arms. I like punching, working arms as you would with weights (ie. curls, kickbacks) and shoulders (side laterals, front laterals, overhead presses.) Anytime you work your arms, especially overhead, you'll help increase your heart rate. And if you flex your arms while working them, that helps increase your heart rate also.
