Qwert. We're your allies here in this fight to stop PCOS. I think every woman here has gone through the same frustrations with finding a diet that works. As for nuts, there are big differences in what could be a good nut for you. Cashews and peanuts must be heated before consumption to kill off the natural poisons. Nuts that can be eaten raw include almonds, macadamias, walnuts, and pecans. I find macadamias to be the most delicious. Anyway, it might be a good way for you to try adding more fat into your diet. But start out with just a handful.
