I started this diet after my pastor lost 60 ponds on this diet.
He looks great and feels great. My husband and I agreed to
go on this diet. He even promised a whole new wardrobe at
Christmas! If he loses anymore weight we're going to have to
buy him new pants! We are very pleased thus far with the results.
BTW- I checked out your recipes- I can't wait to try them- they sound yummy! Keep 'em coming!
