Default Marinated grilled trout

This is so easy and so good. We like fresh trout and I get mine to eat at the fish farm. This is so easy and so lowcarb my whole family eats it.

Trout fillets with skin on oneside
1 bottle of italian salad dressing I look for the lowest carbs
2 sticks of unsalted butter
1 cup of sliced almonds

Just marinate the trout in the italian dressing for at least 2 hours, then grill until flaky with fork, the skin will be crispy do not turn it over. Just grill skinside down until its done

Melt butter with almonds and serve over top. This is so good you can use sliced lemon if you would like with it.

I serve mine with either a fresh lowcarb veggie like asparagus, or a nice salad. Tonight we had a ceasar salad minus the croutons. Wonderful. If you cook this for company they will keep asking you to make it. I always get asked to make this when people are coming.
