Looks like an expensive way to get some vitamin C, which is the most of any nutrients listed on the label. Once you've tried it a few times, check to see if it really suppresses your appetite or whether you become hungry within a couple hours. With no fat and a laundry list of "super food" ingredients, it may just be an expensive way to make people think they're getting healthy by consuming this product. In my opinion, with all the ingredients listed in the Alkalizing, Fiber, Antioxidant, Immunity, Probiotic, and Enzyme blends, one scoop is likely to provide trace amounts of any of that stuff. The Probiotic Blend needs to introduce living bacteria to your gut, and I doubt that can happen with the way this product is packaged. There are other quick ways to consume some healthy nutrients before heading off to work. Let us know how this works for you.
