I know that bounce Momma bear, I have been doing it for two months, I was just eating too much food I decided. I am back to measuring and weighing my food, it was a reality check for me.LOL
I would really like to be in the 150's by July 1rst. Anything in the 150's....159.8 would do. I really want to get past the 168's and stay away from them. This challenge would put me into new territory, I haven't seen 165 in years.
There are going to be challenges, the racing season (sailboats) has started.
