This is where Elle and I are really alike, even if I've decided not to stay high fat and try a slightly different approach during my post-partum time. But as Larry said, everyone does show a slightly different need. I was doing serious strength training last year when I got down to 176 (just before getting pregnant) and I needed protein bigtime...and it's what my body has always loved. So I was easily have 100-125g per day. I am trying to shoot more for about 100 now until my activity level indicates a need for more, but I do think I am one of those people who needs and/or can handle, if you will, a bit more than others. That's why it's good to look around to get ideas, but ultimately you have to see what you own body (and cravings) tell you. Good luck!
