OK - it seems like I sort of got talked into having a pot luck at my house in the near future after DD moved out. She left a week ago so I guess it's time to schedule something.

I had an awesome visit with some of my oldest and dearest club friends this weekend which reminded me of the importance of staying connected. I didn't realize how much I missed them until I got there..... Especially in light of the fact that I have lost two of those friends in the last year and another is in 4th stage colon cancer. I went to this event feeling disconnected from the world and found my smile while I was there.... Facebook pix to follow.

So - I will open up my home to my LC friends for a holiday (or not) meal. When? I might even cook something.....
