Enjoyed my cruise a little too much. Cocktails, dessert, and key lime pie. Ugh. No more excuses. Back to LC.

I did want to share a LC appetizer idea that a friend had at a party I attended. She cut hearts of romaine (big stalks) into about a 2 bite size. Then she had Caesar dressing in a small pitcher and freshly grated Parmesan. You made your own Caesar salad appetizer. It was a big hit with everyone at the party.
