i was getting derailed for a while there, but back on track now. i was actually up to 192, and i'm back down to 188 now. so there's hope for me yet! i had wicked chocolate cravings on halloween but made the good choice of making up a batch of thm skinny chocolate instead of getting into the kid's chocolate. it uses sugar alcohols--i make it with powdered xylitol and stevia, but i figured it was the lesser of the evils and it helped me get thru a massive candy holiday.
