thanks ppl.... but you see im a VEGETARIAN ..... so many of these foods around here are non-veg stuff. like pork, ham, chicken, fish etc,, etc,, all these i cannot eat.
What do i do?///// wat about bread how much of it can i eat.. how many times? how much work out shud i do ito see a reduced tummy...?
