Wow, thanks for sharing that, Bawdy. For me this is another great example of how PP has helped me approach LCing differently. This gives me the WHY I can't just indiscriminately have a carb-fest and feel (as I am shamed to admit I have) that I can recover readily from it because I'd been so healthy all along, ya know?
