So would it be regarded as rude or offensive it you refused? I know I really have to have a constant mantra, bottle of water on hand and walk away at work, because there is always doughnuts muffins cookies, even the fruit is all high carb, bananas oranges grapes....it's hard to resist, we can only try our best but if we slip, we just get right back up
