I do If{ 21 hr. window.
Cals.are under 800 and yesterday 550 cals.
I know I just started this but can not go down. Holding.
I also just started useing reg.{Good fats and not fat free or lowfat.
Now if I do not go down in couple days>I know it might throw my head in wrong place and I can slip or stop.
Hate to do that. So close at goal.
Just why?
Doing Keto also in plan. But just started that and reading.
Sorry if we are not to talk stuff and just do weight..
