30 minutes yoga/pilates
10 push ups (normal, just to see if I could)
2 pull ups (again to see if I could)
I've gotten so weak since I've been sick it's ridiculous. Everyday I try to do a little more because I refuse to just sit back and do nothing. Sometimes I can't do anything or as much as I like, but I'm trying to take one day at a time.
