Hello, I fell off the Schwarzbein a few months ago but have got back onto it this week.

I know I have eaten quite a bit of food today however still feeling hungry. I was just wondering if anyone is experiencing hunger and what they do about it? Is hunger just for the first couple of weeks or something? I can't remember!
