Well, finally got back to the gym, i felt good today, I felt as if I pushed myself a bit.
I did 20 min on the trainer thingy, and 20 min/2km on the treadmill.
And 15-20 min of weights, and some ab crunches.
I also did 2 houseworks, that got my hear rate up etc.
So planning on going again tomorrow for an hour.
