Here's what works for me:
  • When we eat to appetite, I find I naturally vary my intake.
  • No snacking -- I do two big meals, and nothing else.
  • Supplement: Everybody needs D3 and more C. You could get some help with Chromium picolinate, the cravings killer!
  • ONLY important carbs: I only eat my favorite vegetables, the darkest chocolate, the best meat I can afford.
  • I don't consider myself deprived. What I lack in food I get back in HEALTH.
