I personally think raw egg yolks are WAY tastier than cooked. I never eat raw whites though, its a texture thing. I sometimes can stand at my counter and just eat yolk after yolk. I either save the whites to add to my dog's homemade food or I just pitch them. I have made coconut milk egg nog with a bit of raw honey and nutmeg and that is really good, it's like custard!
