Hi,
I always weigh first thing in the morning after going to the loo, so I will not have had any food before weighing.
Update, 1 week later... and I've not lost anything, gained another lb. So 4 weeks low carbing and lost 6lbs first week, lost nothing for 2 weeks then gained 1lb and have gained another lb... honestly this is just pathetic.
