Hey, I have a question for y'all. It seems to me that a higher fat protein source (say, 80/20 ground beef) tastes and works better than a lower fat protein source that I 'fat up' myself (say, a chicken breast that I cook in some butter). Has anyone else thought or noticed anything like this? Just wondering.
