They make a great crunchy cracker substitute. How dangerous they are depends mostly on what you put on them. I once had them with whipped cream and 90 percent chocolated melted in the microwave and then drizzled on. Not something I'd advise too often, but it gave me something to do while other people were eating s'mores.
