Thud, that looks amazing! I learned also if I travel I must take some foods with me, sometimes we don't always have access to foods that keep us on plan. I take meat/cheese packets- has to be low carb though, macadamia nuts, green olive packets, boiled eggs. I have cooked up a package of bacon and put in zip lock baggie to bring with- just whatever is easiest for me to travel with.
