Default Blood glucose finally coming down(<protein)

I saw my gynecologist for my annual physical and she recommended eating sweet potato mixed with fat before going to bed. Her assumption was that I was catabolic while sleeping and therefore arising with a higher blood glucose. Of course this was wrong and I reduced carbs further from 45 to 35 net grams a day mainly from leafy green vegetables and finally lowered protein from 105 g to 80 g. Finally my fasting blood glucose is in the 90s and I am seeing daytime glucose numbers in the 80s and 90s. Dr. Fung and you all are rite that protein must be kept to metabolic requirements.
Funny how we who are researching this topic can be so far ahead of our doctors.
