Yesterday:
I moved a lot of furnature on my own (2 dressers, a sofa, a treadmill, a desk, a 6-foot (and full) chest, and a bookcase), plus painted a room, set up and organized said room, re-arranged the living room, moved the rug, vaccuumed, cleaned out and organized an 8-ft book case.) I think that counts as a workout out (an 8-9 hour workout).
