Hello Everyone!
I hope everyone had a great Christmas! My family did. I am so proud of myself. I did not give in to temptation not one time. My daughter and I baked cookies and made desserts and I did not even lick my fingers. I made a low carb dessert and while everyone was eating theirs I ate mine. It was a sugar free cherry jello and cream pie. My sister and mom like it too.
I was wandering if you all would like to extend out coutdown to maybe Valentine's Day. I have really enjoyed the support I get for everyone here and would really like to continue with you all on meeting our goals. Let me know what you think.
