Last night i had a craving for the wierdest thing.....much like what you posted, i took some sliced Roast Beef, put some shredded cheddar cheese on it, and rolled it up. I zapped in the microwave for a couple minutes. I used mayo as a dip for it. Never craved anything like it before, but made it again today for a snack....was damn good.
