Hello everyone, I just found this website and I'm so glad to see that there are many other singaporeans here as well!

I should introduce myself a little.

I started Atkins 2002 in late sept 04 and then reinducted with Atkins 1972 in dec 2004.

Just a little info on GNC that I'ld like to share. GNC is officially discontinuing the Atkins line of products and they are trying to clear off stocks, so items which are expiring before March are going at a 50% discount for members. I like the Atkins muffin mixes a lot so I'm sad to see them go.

Good news for people who live off Advantage bars, Cold Storage now carries Advantage bars as well as Endulge Wafer Crisps. And they're priced cheaper than in GNC.
