It can rebalance your hormones too..or maybe throw them out of whack?

Interesting. That hormonally active fat is one of the reasons I was so adamant to lose weight after finishing my treatment, although in reality my cancer was only very slightly estrogen sensitive.

So you gave up the tamoxifen after four years, JEY ? Did you feel better after stopping ?
