Hi, I am new to the sight. I have been on Dr. Heller's carb addition plan for about a month and have lost 13 lbs. I took the carb test and am severe which I already knew but until the book I did not understand my want to eat 24/7. I enjoyed reading your messages. I feel that the support group can really help.
