We live in North Carolina, about 12 miles from Hendersonville. Ingles Food store is a little bit more expensive than Walmart but they carry some low carb items that Walmart does not have. The item is "Shirtake Noodles" and it comes in two kinds - the ones that look like macaroni and the others that look like fettucini.

CAUTION! These are made from tofu and have very little carbs but unless you follow the directions the odor of fermenting bean curd is not too pleasant.
Rinsing the noodles thoroughly, patting them dry in a couple of paper towels then rinsing again followed by another drying sessions helps. Then you need to put the noodles into a bowl and into the microwave for one minute followed by another drying session. At that point the noodles have very little odor to them and go well with any type of low carb gravy you might want to use.
