Default Carb creep has stalled me out...

Frustrated! Last month, I tried to be more lenient, epically when the cravings hit at the end of my cycle. Boy did that backfire! I put on 2-3 lbs., and it has stayed with me. I think I am bloated too. I feel tired and hungry all the time, almost like I did before I started. And of course I am craving carby food. My ketosis strips are barely a pale pink.

So I know I have to go back to square one and cut out the nuts and heavy cream that I've been indulging in. Also, I've noticed my egg consumption is down. I think I may scale back of the veggies even, for a few day to jumpstart me back into heavy ketosis and weight loss. My brother is getting married Labor Day weekend, and I want to look good! (and of course be healthier!)
