Hi Erika,

My problem with flour, sugar etc isn't just the carb count - it's the solid fact that, for me, those foods will always set off cravings for more and more, and more...
I just stick with online LC recipes. There are loads here, plus Google delivers plenty of other LC recipe sites.

If you think you can cope with smallish amounts of "naughty" carbs, you can try entering the foods into MyPLAN or Fitday, then you'll know for sure if their counts are correct.

Me, I wouldn't dare.
