Hi! I survived the weekend babysitting for 6 nieces and nephews! Food wasn't all on plan but it wasn't too bad, either. I'm thinking the little gain is more water from the weekend than fat.

Back on track as of today with some changes to my workout routine and meals. Still plan to do my RM at lunch but now I have to make dinner for DS and me instead of just me because his work hours have changed. He wants to eat CAD style, too. I'll make something as an RM for him to take in his lunch and then we'll so salad and chicken or something else reasonably light for the evening meal....
