thanks 4beans!.. I really could have left off the bread crumbs anyways...and as for the coconut itself, since I am hypothyroid, was hoping to get a double whammy (good taste AND boost to metabolism)...as I have read here (on these boards) that coconut oil seems to help some w/hypothyroidism....
I'll try your version!! ps..when I added paprika, it had a great taste..you should try!!
