7/28: PM: Played soccer with the midgets.
7/29: Walk Strong, with 2lb weights and 3lb for the weight intervals. Whew! Apparently 2.5lb and 3lb are a bit more different than I thought. Or TOM is messing with me as it looms ever nearer.
