my legs arent' as sore as i thought they would be. oh well. I did teh gym yesterday. I aimed to do an hour on the treadmill, but Dave was ready to go..so I only did 45mins. But i went at 4.0-4.2 and did 3.17miles. After the gym dave put on his rollerblades and i walked/jogged for 25mins. It was such a nice night out
