Made these an hour ago I thought that the people saying they were good were mostly being optimistic dieters, "it's awesome in comparison to the rest" sort of thing.
But man! These are GOOD! They were sweetish (kinda like onions get sweeter when cooked), a little crunchy with a soft inside, and a little nutty. My dad tried them and he just kept popping them into his mouth That's like a major pass in my home. He even said we'll only make them this way from now on instead of the only way he ever makes them, i.e. boiled.
I give it an A+.
