I did the survey even though I don't have all the numbers. Going from >1000 Advil per year to ZERO was my unusual contribution! That, and an A1c of 4.4 and 64 pound weight loss (so far). Didn't know how to answer the "how healthy" question as I am recovering from thyroid cancer surgery, but my docs seem to think the answer is "pretty darn healthy, anyway."
